How to Submit a Ticket
- Navigate to the Team & Tech, LLC logo that is located on your taskbar. It may be hidden from your view therefore, select the UP arrow on the right side of the taskbar.

- When you see this icon, click on it.

- Click "Submit a Ticket"

- A window will open up and direct you to the IT Service Desk portal
- In that space, you can browse through the different categories and select a ticket type that matches your request
