How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Navigate to the Team & Tech, LLC logo that is located on your taskbar. It may be hidden from your view therefore, select the UP arrow on the right side of the taskbar. 
  2. When you see this icon, click on it. 
  3. Click "Submit a Ticket
  4. A window will open up and direct you to the IT Service Desk portal
  5. In that space, you can browse through the different categories and select a ticket type that matches your request
